In the emerging competitive market for concrete product industry, we BUC, have the opportunity to excel in this competition with our capability of producing Interlock Paving Tiles, Kerbstones and Concrete Cement Blocks & Slabs, in many shapes, colors and specifications. BONYAN UNITED CO. is one of the pioneers in the field of manufacturing Interlocks and Kerbstones. The products are used for Car Parking areas, Pedestrian Walkways, Gardens, Storage Yards, Petrol Stations, Stadiums, and many more. The Company was established on the 17th of September, 2002 and the status of the Company is LLC (Limited Liability Company).

Technology

• At BUC, we use the state of the art New German technology for production. The Plants & Machinery is:
• SP2000, semi-automatic, supplied by SCHLOSSER PFIFFER Gmbh, Germany
• SV30 fully automatic plant from CONTEC E.K., for the manufacture of diversified products such as:
  Interlock Paving Tiles | Kerbstones | Cement Blocks | Slabs
• Three (3) Station Press Machine, by Unique Factories Sharjah, UAE, for the production of high density wet pressed Kerbstone, and Concrete Slabs. Designed to accept product size up to 1000mm x 800mm x 200mm.

Quality Control

At BUC we have our own well equipped Laboratory with testing machines TECHO & MATEST for testing Interlocks & Kerbstones. We use the best quality raw materials available, which are checked at our well equipped and sophisticated laboratory. Quality check and inspection are conducted at each step of the production process to ensure the quality and strength of the final product.
